Tillverkad i Sverige, av familjen Lu. Vår marinerade tofu har en fyllig smak av sojasås, ingefära och vitlök som tar smaklökarna till Asien. Med sin extra fasta konsistens är tofun enkel och god att steka, ugnsbaka, woka, grilla eller äta kall. Extra god i wok, tacos, sallader och poké bowls. Tofu är ett protein som varit populärt i Asien i över 2000 år. Det är proteinrikt, kalorisnålt och naturligt växtbaserat. Tofu passar i alla typer av rätter och kan ersätta kött, kyckling och fisk. Yipin tillverkar tofu lokalt i Vallentuna, Sverige, av ekologiska sojabönor odlade i Frankrike.
